"This is another of the new prints I have from my advertising photo assignment in Medina in August," Douglas said. "The quaint nature of Medina and especially their public square is like stepping back in time and almost culture shock for someone who lives in a large city. It is that rural peacefulness that I hoped to capture in this newest print. I do know from my visits these quaint shops are fading being replaced by insurance offices and the like. I fear this print will be a piece of the Medina town square history all too soon."
